Meet Board Member Erica Arnold

Finding Inspiration Through Nature and the Local Community

Erica grew up in Colorado and loves to travel, especially to surf, ski and to experience other cultures. She spent over 15 years as a consultant in the hospitality industry and now owns a company with her husband in Boulder. In her free time Erica enjoys spending time with her family, trail running, and skiing. She loves to be in the mountains and travels all over Colorado to do long-distance trail runs.

Erica became involved with the Colorado Haiti Project when Jackie Martin, the former board president, invited her to attend the annual Farm Dinner. Erica believes strongly in CHP's mission and its programs. She feels the organization is unique in that it listens to Haitian voices and advocates for and invests in Haitian led initiatives. "CHP is supporting local leaders’ vision for a community and taking direction from Haiti, this is what attracted me most to CHP.”
